Solution:
login to rtatapud
cp /u13/home/ebsdev/fs1/EBSapps/appl/bio_ar/12.0.0/reports/US/BIOJLZZTVSR.rdf /tmp
login to appldev
cp /tmp/ BIOJLZZTVSR.rdf /u13/home/ebsdev/fs1/EBSapps/appl/bio_ar/12.0.0/reports/US
