Adop Phase=fs_clone Failed With Error There Is A Pending Clone Session

1. Ensure the following RUN and PATCH file system ORACLE_HOME(s) are registered in the inventory.xml
 - 10.1.2 Oracle Home
 - Oracle_EBS-app1 Oracle Home
 - webtier Oracle Home
 - oracle_common Oracle Home
  Register all the missing Oracle Homes for FMW_Home by running attachHome.sh script from respective Oracle Home:

  webtier $FMW_HOME/webtier/oui/bin/attachHome.sh

  10.1.2 /oui/bin/attachHome.sh
2. Ensure in PATCH file system , , and FMW_Home directories are exist. If already backed up as
  _obsoleted_, rename to original name.
  For eg : 10.1.2_obsoleted_ to 10.1.2
 3. Ensure middle tier services are not running from PATCH file system. Ensure AdminServer is running from RUN file system.
4. Re run fs_clone from scratch using following command
   For Single Node
 adop phase=fs_clone allnodes=no force=yes
  For Multi Node
  adop phase=fs_clone force=yes
