Corrective Action: Release the edit lock and then restart the script.
Sol:
1) On PATCH fs echo $FILE_EDITION
rename /dev7i/applmgr/fs2/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain_dev7i/edit.lock edit.lockOLD
2) Source the patch file system environment
3) cd $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
./adadminsrvctl.sh stop forcepatchfs
4) Re-run prepare
