ValidateManagedServers:
[ERROR]: One of the managed server is in FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE state.
Status of remote command on Node ebsx01appd02 is failed.
Solution:
The forms_server1 was in stale state (though shows RUNNING from WLS console). I have restarted the forms_server1 on ebsx01appd02 and the prepare phase completed.
